Christian counseling and coaching services are available nationwide and are non-insurance-based, meaning they do not require a diagnosis or treatment plan. Christian Counseling and Coaching is not mental health treatment, but it provides accountability, encouragement, strategies, and a sense of purpose. Rates vary depending on individual needs, location, and the duration of the session.

Mental Health Counseling (Telehealth) CA
Mental health counseling services are available via telehealth and may be covered by your insurance provider. I am licensed to provide counseling in California only. Please note that insurance-based mental health services require a formal diagnosis and treatment plan, as mandated by insurance providers. I also offer private-pay mental health counseling if you reside in the state of California.
