Mental health counseling services are available via telehealth and may be covered by your insurance provider. I am licensed to provide counseling in California only. Please note that insurance-based mental health services require a formal diagnosis and treatment plan, as mandated by insurance providers. I also offer private-pay mental health counseling if you reside in the state of California.

If I am not in network for your insurance provider, you can still see me as a private pay client. Many clients choose this option for greater privacy and flexibility. I can provide you with a receipt or superbill if you'd like to request reimbursement from your insurance company.
