I provide mental health counseling through the convenience and privacy of telehealth for clients located in California. I accept select insurance plans, and I’m happy to help you understand your options as you consider starting counseling. If you choose to use insurance, please know that insurance companies require a formal mental health diagnosis and treatment plan as part of your care.
If you prefer greater privacy and flexibility without involving insurance, I also offer private-pay counseling. My goal is to make the process of getting started as comfortable and straightforward as possible so we can focus on what matters most—you and the changes you want to make in your life.
